Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship from our Bengaluru warehouse by courier and usually arrive in 3–7 business days anywhere in India.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. We currently deliver within India only.

Orders, returns & refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, any time before it ships. Write to care@thescentbox.in with your order number.

Can I return a perfume?

For hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once delivered. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete or wrong, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video, and we will verify and arrange a refund or exchange.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved it can take up to 15 days to reach you. Cash-on-delivery refunds go to the bank account you share with us within 4–7 working days of being initiated.

Choosing your scent

Which size should I pick?

Start with the 20ml travel spray to try a scent and carry it everywhere. Go for the full-size 100ml when it becomes your signature, or pick a gift set to share.

What does the “Smells like” line mean?

It describes each scent in everyday terms, so you can choose with confidence before you smell it.

What is in a DRIZZ Eau de Parfum?

Globally sourced ingredients with up to 20% IFRA-certified French perfume oils. Full notes are listed on every product page.

Wearing & care

How should I apply it?

Hold the bottle upright 10–15 cm from your body and spray on pulse points such as the neck and wrists.

How should I store it?

Keep the bottle capped, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
